NON-Bidirectional: This Displayport to HDMI Adapter works only to support display video and audio from Displayport equipped laptop/ desktop to HDMI monitor/ projector, NOT HDMI to Displayport.
The DP to HDMI adapter no longer works with active accessories (docking stations, adapters, hubs) and cables with embedded chips, like USB-C to HDMI or HDMI to VGA.
Audio: System Preferences → Sound → Output. Change the audio output from your laptop to TV or other devices.
Please use with HDMI-HDMI cable.
DisplayPort is different from USB, please check the port on your computer.
To avoid low resolution, we recommend using certified HDMI cablesno longer than 2 metersandHDMI 2.0 or above!
